Every established brand has a beginning, and every flavour has a story of dedication. Ours began with Fahri Öksüz making Turkish delight and coffee in Hatay in 1945. The small shop where he worked with his brothers stood beneath the historic building that hosted the first meeting of the State of Hatay, now known as the Meclis Culture and Arts Centre. That modest beginning became a culinary legacy built through our family’s shared efforts.
As Fahri Öksüz and his children grew the business, nuts and confectionery for special occasions joined our Turkish delight and coffee. Our range expanded, but our approach stayed the same: careful production, trusted service and care for every customer’s satisfaction.
The trademark registration completed by Fahri Öksüz with his children Zihni Öksüz and Adnan Öksüz marked an important step in giving our family’s work a corporate identity. As Öksüzler Pazarlama ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, we modernise our production infrastructure while preserving our craftsmanship and the values that define us.
Quality is a family legacy passed down through generations. For three generations, we have kept it alive through care at every stage, from ingredient selection and production to freshness and presentation. Our customers’ wellbeing, trust and satisfaction guide us, and we carry the same responsibility in every flavour, from pistachio, hazelnut and walnut Turkish delight to our coffees.
Today, we are proud to bring 81 years of experience to tables in Türkiye and abroad. Every treat is a meeting, every cup of coffee a conversation and every Turkish delight a shared memory. Inspired by Hatay’s culinary culture, we continue to carry our family’s legacy into the future.
