2- If you pay by credit card, your credit card details (transferred to the relevant payment provider without being stored by Özöksüzler).
3- Your Turkish identity number, tax number and sole trader details if you ask for them to appear on your invoice.

· 1- Identity details (full name and Turkish identity number).

· 2- Contact details (address, telephone number and email address).

· 3- Identity details of another person if you request an invoice in their name (Turkish identity number, tax number and sole trader details).

· 4- Customer transaction information (purchase details, date, time, quantity, contents, payment method, etc.).
5- If you pay by credit card, your credit card details (transferred to the relevant payment provider without being stored by Özöksüzler).
6- Transaction security information (IP address).

· Common Purposes

We process your identity and contact details to resolve problems and complaints when you contact us, and to communicate with you about them where necessary.

· We process your identity, contact, invoice and purchase information to meet our statutory obligations, our obligations towards competent public bodies and other legal obligations, particularly information security obligations.

· We process your identity, contact, invoice and purchase information to exercise rights of action, defence and objection before courts, enforcement offices, arbitration committees and other official bodies in disputes arising from contracts.

· We process security camera recordings to protect you, Özöksüzler, its employees and third parties against unlawful acts, crimes or conduct that may occur at our Market, and to fulfil our obligations to provide information and documents to judicial authorities.

· 1- We record identity, contact and purchase details to carry out after-sales procedures such as exchanges, returns and product inspections.

· 2- We use identity and contact details to distinguish your records from those of other customers and allow you to benefit from after-sales procedures without presenting an invoice or receipt.

· 3- We process identity and invoice details to issue an invoice when requested.

· 4- We process credit card details to collect payment if you choose to pay by card (the details are transferred to the payment provider without being stored).

· 5- We process identity, purchase and invoice information to comply with statutory retention obligations.

· When You Purchase from the Site (Including Without Membership)

· 1- We record identity, contact and purchase details to carry out after-sales procedures such as exchanges, returns and product inspections.

· 2- We use identity and contact details to deliver your order.

· 3- We use identity and contact details to distinguish your records from those of other customers.

· 4- We use identity and invoice details to issue invoices.

· 5- We process credit card details to collect card payments (the details are transferred to the payment provider without being stored).

· When You Become a Site Member

· 1- We use identity and contact details to complete registration, perform our membership agreement with you and allow you to log in to the Site.

· 2- We use member details to allow members to purchase from the Site without re-entering all membership information for each transaction.

· 3- We process identity, contact and purchase details to allow members to view previous orders and order history.

iii. How Do We Collect Your Personal Data and on What Legal Grounds?

Özöksüzler collects personal data by automated and non-automated means: through security cameras and devices in our Market; by recording information you verbally give sales advisers; by recording information shared during purchases or membership procedures at our Market or on the Site; by recording data generated through the use of fixed or mobile internet and communication devices in different environments and locations; by recording purchases, collections, deliveries, transactions, records and behavioural activities at the Market and on the Site; and by recording information you provide during telephone communications.

For membership and sales processes at our Market and on the Site, we rely on the legal grounds that processing is necessary for entering into or performing a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and the legitimate interests of the Data Controller. For statutory retention duties, we rely on compliance with a legal obligation. For security camera recordings, we rely on the legitimate interests of the Data Controller and the necessity of processing and transfer to establish, exercise or protect rights. For commercial communications, we rely on your explicit consent.

iv. To Whom Do We Transfer Your Personal Data and Why?

Özöksüzler transfers personal data:

· To domestic service providers (external IT suppliers) for IT, marketing, specialist consultancy and similar services, and product and service support for personal data collection processes.

· To courier and shipping suppliers to deliver purchases made on the Site and other product requests.

· To competent public bodies and judicial authorities where requested, to fulfil obligations to provide information and documents and to exercise legal rights such as rights of action and defence.

· If you pay by credit card, to the relevant bank, electronic payment institution or other payment service provider, without Özöksüzler storing the card details.

v. What Are Your Rights Under the Law?

You may apply to Özöksüzler at any time regarding your personal data to:

a) Learn whether your personal data is processed.

b) Request information about the processing of your personal data.

c) Learn the purposes of processing and whether your data is used for those purposes.

d) Learn the identities of third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad.

e) Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data.

f) Request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing cease to exist or Özöksüzler no longer has a legal basis or legitimate interest for processing it.

g) Request that the third parties to whom your data has been transferred be notified of the requests referred to in items (d) and (e) and carry out the same procedures.

h) Object to adverse results arising from analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems.

i) Seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing of your personal data.

2. Explicit Consent and Commercial Communication Permission Statements

As explained in the notice above, where your explicit consent is required to process your personal data and/or permission is required for commercial communications, you may provide that consent or permission at our Market or on the Site.

If you accept the notice above, your consent or commercial communication permission will be completed once you confirm that your information is accurate and carry out the steps we communicate to you, according to the applicable procedure and your preference.
